Ability:
Dynamo Blitz’s primary ability is to control the timeline of objects or specific aspects of objects (includes people and the user). It acts like a remote control being able to pause, resume, fast-forward, slow-forward, and rewind things. Dynamo Blitz must be in contact or has recently been in contact with an object to affect it. The effects of Dynamo Blitz’s ability is permanent if the user wishes it to be so. Dynamo Blitz’s most notable weakness is if the user affects too many objects at once or one after the other too quickly, it strains the user. Enough usage will cause the user to fall asleep from exhaustion or if the user refuses to rest, the user will risk a death similar to that of a stroke or heart attack. Dynamo Blitz’s prime example of its ability is accelerating the speed of it’s own punches while pausing the time it takes for its fists to break due to the immense speed and force it normally cannot handle. “If I accelerate my fist enough, I can shatter the Earth with a single punch.” -Pax Usagi (Stand User)
    Dynamo Blitz is unable to universally manipulate time and is not immune to abilities such as The World’s and Star Platinum: The World’s Time Stop ability or The Hand’s and Cream’s scrape ability since they deal with other dimensions (Dynamo Blitz cannot open another Stand’s portal unless it’s in the same timeline/dimension), however can rewind the effects of most other stand’s abilities such as burning, melting, poisoning, dismemberment, etc.

Examples of ability usage:

    -Accelerating the recently developed amplifier-like muscles on it’s stomach, heels, and palms to make soundwaves which it uses as ranged or area-of-effect attacks. Also serves to give its punches and kicks an explosive effect.
-Accelerating the user so fast, to him it’s as if the world is standing still (a time stop ability without stopping time) “Why stop time when you can move faster than it?”
    -Accelerate atoms to smash into each other to use as atomic firepower which it fires from its drill like extensions and the visor on its face.
    -Stop food from spoiling. (Pausing the food or the bacteria)
-Keep an arrow flying straight (Pausing the timeline of the arrow slowing down and falling)
-Swim in lava/acid (Pause the timeline of the user being harmed)
    -Pause the thinking process and/or movement of living beings.
-Rewind the memory of living beings.
-Rewind injuries or accelerate healing. (Potentially accelerating human evolution)
-Pause the air so it acts like a solid
Stand Appearance/Design:
Dynamo Blitz appears as a giant armored violet figure with orange fenders and green pipes. Its face is the image of a faceless rabbit with a radical visor upon its face. It’s toy-like appearance represents Pakkusu’s interest in videogames, cartoons, and collectibles. Although intimidating, the faceless rabbit head represents his often energetic but soft-spoken nature like that of a rabbit.
