Description
Blister, recently arrived Rowdyruff from Viletown, is exploring his surroundings and decided to teleport to the beach at nearby Endsville. Of course, he meets Mandy and decides to check out the human girls as he's never seen one up close. Mandy does not approve of his curiosity, but having heard of the Rowdyruffs, realizes she's outmatched, and hollers for Grim!Mandy also spars with Buttercup from time to time and has picked up a few tips, see?

Mandy I know is mean and untrustworthy (having enslaved Death by cheating in a game,and Death gets back by "tripping" her up from time to time, in her schemes), but to fight Buttercup she'd have to have powers.
Blister, I understand to be a synthetic person, created by repeating the botched experiment that created the Powerpuff Girls - andΒ gave Mojo Hojo his Leader-like intellect. Destroyed by the Powerpuffs, the Rowdyruffs were resurrected by Him. Amirite ?
