It contains both of the additional boob-growth scenes, the boob-shrinking scene (Grace prays for them to go back to normal), and loads of other things, many sexual, including Bruce giving someone a bigger dick (Cause they prayed for it) and Bruce using his pleasure powers on Susan.

I had seen the script before, and man, what an effing shame that so many scenes got cut! Even the one where one of Grace`s students wishes for her to bend over so he can peek at her enhanced cleavage. So many missed opportunities! I`m pretty sure there is an alternate trailer where, instead of bouncing up and down to demonstrate the initial boob-growth, she is just bending over and that was never seen in the final film. The only one I know they actually shot is the bra not fitting, because I actually saw the scene in the preview on tv...but there`s gotta be others! Sadly, it`s so long ago that I think the only hope of finding that bra scene now is if someone had recorded it right off the TV. Maybe one day it will surface!

I have a theory that another scene was shot, that being the scenes where Bruce pleasures Susan. If you look, the dialogue where he pleasures her takes place during a scene that DID make the cut, it's when Bruce and Susan are about to go on air for his first night as anchor. The scene in the movie plays out exactly as in the script. If you look at Susan immediately after Bruce would have pleasured her (After Bruce sits down, just as Jack starts talking about the Sabers winning the Stanley Cup) Susan looks very flustered, and is trying to compose herself. Almost like she's just had an orgasm at work.

There's plenty of stuff from the script that was definitely shot because it's on the DVD deleted scenes. Though the only vaguely-sexual one on there is someone praying for a bigger dick and Bruce giving it to him.
Watching the Director's Commentary, he said the extra boob growth scenes were cut because they didn't like what it said about Bruce's character (Bullshit reasoning, I say) and they didn't like how Grace wasn't going to a doctor about it.
