I really am a sucker for contests arn't I?I just love to try new stuff all the time and when is a better way to express that than a character design contest 8D.
I must say I have never made a fish char before but it was fun.
and yes his head is a fishbone... with a sea star on it.
If you like it griffsnuff its all yours you can change the name you can change the colors (I'm not very happy with my colors version thought).
personally I like the fishsnuf the most and if you only want that version than its oke too, its for your contest.
