Quinn has always dreamed of seeing the world, but due to them being smaller than most Ekans and unable to evolve, their parents don’t trust them leaving town. Cosmo is known for being aggressive when angered, and he doesn’t have many friends. When the two met, they hit it off instantly.

Cosmo gained a friend, who would eventually become his partner, and Quinn finally gets a chance to see the world without their parents worrying about their child.
