and i mean literally shiny, too O.O
hehe, this one is called Beautiful Insanity, one of my friends gave me the name, cuz im having problems coming up with ideas for now, so meh
this one im having troubles considering powers, im think a blinding light that shoots out spikes of colored glass, idk though, ill update this if any ideas pop up in my head
