4. In Searching For does offer quite some questions to the one gazing upon it, such as what the individual within the photograph is indeed seeking. A friend? A lover? Memories or more about themself? The mostly void branches of the trees really offer it a bit of a wilderness atmosphere really, with the coarse terrain, the withered and dried grass that could match wheat, and the few flowers half flourished on the limbs stretched from the earth. Furthermore the glare of the sun, be it a rise or a fall, indicates that either a distance had been traversed or as the old tales tell, a first step to begin an adventure. The lighting is brilliant and adds quite the final touch to this intricate photo.
