It's basically about soulmates, like how you ended up with the only one that love/suits you in this life, no matter how far you are apart or your present circumstances; if it meant to be, you'll meet that special person. That there is an invisible link between the two of you that draws each other together and no matter what you'll meet up one day and possible be together throughout your lives and maybe beyond. ^^ 
Recently a Japanese princess gave up her royal title ship to marry a commoner; well it's something like that.  A true love that is destined.

I'm sure you will soon enough, everyone has a special partner just for them alone and it just a matter of time before you meet the person. Even if it does not work out the first time around, it will always find its way back to you somehow.

...oh, I really hope, that You are right, my friend...it thought, once , that I did, but than not...but I suppose, it was meant to be...I believe in destiny...sometimes, we have to go through very strange paths, meet this or that person, good or not...and in the end, it was or is necessary to finally come , because (or thanks to) those paths...to find ourselves on a different pat, one , we wouldn't have made, but by the "circumstances" of  all the other paths...I  furthermore believe that one can  not "search" for his "soul mate" "or souls twin"...You just "recognize"each other...it happens, when it has to happen...but I hope ,it will happen soon, hehe!
I was writing about this, few months ago, in my "Valentine's journal", in February

First of all...Do You know what "Bashert"means?

Everyone we meet in this life I think, is there to teach us something about ourselves or to show us about something about ourselves that we're unaware of. Perhaps at that time, the presence of that person in your life is meant to change a part of you so that you'll be more appealing when you meet the One; maybe becoming a bit wiser, more mature..so on... I thought I did 3x times in my life but thing turns out differently. I think I can see your point and I agree with you regarding the path that takes us in life. Just like here we meet up and get to know new people , some becomes good friends with us, I for one would not imagine making wonderful friends from all over the world and from different races, religion and cultures before da and I'm more curious now than ever to learn new things.
Yeah I think you'll be able to just know that other half that completes you when you that person. I believed things like that and that things sort of fall into place nicely. You won't have to struggle so much for the relationship just to keep it alive. If you're destined nothing can change that from happening

I've only heard of Bashert now from you I've to look up for Yiddish, cos not too sure about which country it's from and I discovered that it's a historical language of the Ashkenazi Jews in central Europe. It's really a pleasure to meet you, my friend ^^

I like that story you mentioned here and yeah 2 people loving each other is perfect; I think it opens up new discoveries within ourselves and maybe we gain some insight into the truth of this creation/universe. 
I hope and pray my dear friend, that your story will become true soon and happiness always be with you.

...first of all...my humble excuses, for having mixed up  Your name, dear Dzul ...I have met lately a lot of new friends, and I try to remember the names, as good as I can,but I am always in the "moon"(typical me...typical of artists, ...we have this ...for excuse....
I  never have heard Your name before...it's sounding lovely..."the one with the two clothes"...means, maybe, that You can adapt Yourself easily to circumstances...
I like the number "27" in Your avatar...my daughter is born on 27, but November , You December, I saw...
However in a way, I shall remember Your name now easily...as it is part of Your composed avatar...actually , mine , also as "flori aiglenoir" is my name ,and Aigle noir means black eagle ...

I agree with what You say in Your comment..about soul mates ,and also, when we might have thought "we found them", but not, in the end...maybe , there was a reason for, a lesson to learn, to discover...our soul maybe had "still to grow"..., who knows.There are those moments, of course, where one can easily "giv up" believing in "such stories", 'especially, as they years go by)...but...I imagine, when it has to "happen"...it will happen...with the "experience and the knowledge" of what was,"before".I know exactly, what I want, and how I imagine "the other half f me...but where and when and how, that , I don't know...and I hope "I will know , when the moment comes...AND , thet the other half will "know" as well, haha(would be better"...and than , I think, it will be very magic...and it is not "a question of "falling in love"only...it is MUCH MORE...it has to be "FELT"...well, You know about" that", I suppose...

Thank you Yolte for this most wonderful and beautiful comment. So glad you like it and yes there are plenty of symbolism hereand you described it very well ; it does seems that she could do a lot even when she have limited room to move herself, or even when she doesn't have anyone around her. I think that reflects on her immerse inner strength which come ever so naturally to her something that perhaps come from the soul as you kindly mentioned Those clouds stitched by her hair becomes part of her being and it eventually creates a cocoon around her but it is by no means that she becomes unaware of her surroundings. It acts as both as a barrier that kept her innermost being safe, and also as layers revealing herself to the world only when she wish too but even so it will not be completely reveal. She is a mystery in itself and complicated with a certain elegance to her and the one at the other end of that string will one day be able to come to her without any barriers in between and be the only  one to truly witness her and appreciates her
I think that is how I see it not even sure if that does makes any sense, as this touches more on the innermost being, feelings and self. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this piece

You're very welcome! This works is wonderful as well as your description of it (and what you said makes sense for sure). I found it very interesting that you mentioned a cocoon around her that is her creation, her surrounding, it made me to think of how we create our own world around us and how our inner energy interacts with outside world, as well as people we are destined to meet.
