I have written a children's book just based on the inspiration of this one picture of yours. It is called, "I'm Gonna Lasso Santa Claus". I hope to have it published this year.

There is no artwork. It gets submitted to a publisher as text only. They will assign it to an children's book illustrator they work with and pay them directly for their work to interpret the text into a visual medium and I don't retain control of the process.
Unfortunately, unless I were to take on the cost to publish it myself and hire my own illustrator (such as yourself) it probably won't turn out how I envision it. Since many of the illustrations can be a full page, a 32 page children's book typically requires approx 20-25 individual illustrations including the cover.
Your characters are so compelling and leap off the page in my imagination so they are so EASY
