In the 2150s you really have to go into the extreme to surprise your fellow bodymodders. Removing/reattaching of limbs is widely spread in the community, implanted holographic emitters are also nothing new any more and replacing your head with a holographic prosthetic including a new taylor made face also gets more and more common.
Let's hope her newest look will earn her some kudos nevertheless
