A very nice new step! Did you already consider to conbine noseless with other amputations in your art? What I also would enjoy is making it more realistic. As if the nose did not just did disappear without a trace but rather like an amputation of some kind. So that there are eg holes remaining. The fact that many of the more widespread amputee stuff is somewhat realistic is one of the things that attract me to these kind of things.
