Oh boy here's my weird OCs again..The one on the right is Eviee, she's like a vampire hunting badass little girl or something.
And on the left is Crims, the werewolf vampire puppy man thing that I attempted to explain in my previous pic of him.
FYI, i'm not finished with the requests yet, I'm just taking a little break ^_^

I use PaintTool SAI! It's a digital program that's kinda similar to Photoshop or GIMP, but not as expensive.
