Hey look it's the Once-ler and Sweeney Todd's demon baby!... Sorta.
This is an OC that and I made together in an RP. He's basically a personified version of the arcade game that's inspired a lot of creepypastas: POLYBIUS. (you should look that up, the history of it is actually pretty interesting... And spooky.)
And no, I didn't draw the text at the bottom myself..
