who's bright idea was it to change Static's design so completely that he looks like power ranger/battery and what's with the Joker rip off and the power ranger looking enemies? IT's like they were trying to make this comic suck. How is Staticsο»Ώ powers supposed to stand out and have a unique appeal when is swapped by high tech futuristic electricity every where and they should have stuck closer the original design. Why!? This comic did not have to die.

The Joker "rip-off", better known as the Pale Man, was a cop who became victim to Joker gas and was physically changed. He was working as an undercover agent until he started to lose his mind. As for the futuristic look, I agree. The original 1990's series "Static" was WAY better.Β
