btw, Itachi is prolly gonna get cremated. But for the sake of plot, Sasuke takes his specially preserved body (Madara (C)) and buries it with other Konoha heroes.
As for Naruto's question, the 'now' refers to the same day of the mass funeral held for Konoha's dead war heroes (4th Ninja War)...It's like a slap in the face of Konoha that Sasuke shows up so boldly.

WOW! At the first page I was thinking "Well, good enough, I suppose." 
Personally, I don't think Sasuke would bury Itachi in Konoha since it had the Uchiha clan wiped. Or maybe it's more accurate to say that the councillors of the village are responsible for the masacre, but it doesn't really matter. It's your doujinshi and you have 110% freedom to do what you want.
I'm fascinated by the quality of the lines and colors of the doujinshi.
Now, seriously, when do you get the time to draw, color and post 2 PAGES?!

Last pages should be the better in quality and anatomy,
these were kinda rushed.
I think Itachi would have wanted to be buried
at Konoha, even if Sasuke is delusional and hates
teh village. Also somethings would have happened
to make Sasuke humble. Maybe.
