I tried to watercolor this one, but the brushes didn't like me today
so...markers .... At least they like me. or so I hope.
Edit: Tried to fix the perspective a bit (Thanks to for the critique!)

Everyone commenting on the loveliness, and then there's me wondering how a temporary medical ward has such thick mattresses. Who carried them? Are they actually air mattresses?Why are they blue colored compared to the normal white/green? Is it because another nation supplied them?
It also appears to be snowing/has snow outside, yet they'd be freezing with that thin of a blanket, and yet have great back insulation. These mysterious! The answer has finally come to me... it's art.

You're right when you say the perspective is quite wrong, but it has a really nice composition! It must had required a lot of time and patience, it's not that easy as it seems.

Ok i will say the water-coloring is really reeaaallyyy good, but there was something off about this to me, and after looking at it for a bit i figured it out...The perspective, you know how all object's horizontal lines can go to one or more points on the horizon? The beds, the wall, and the medical cabinet all go to three different points, and just throws off the picture a bit, the overall quality is good, but if you would fix the perspective it would be infinitely better, just a bit of constructive criticism.
