Should have saved him for Halloween...Jonathan Crane AKA the Scarecrow in chibi form, not to be confused with the happy go lucky Scarecrow from the land of Oz.
Much like Wonder Woman this is one of those characters whose costume is so extremely open to artists' interpretation and imagination. I kept it simple with a few fabric patches.
