Made for the monthly feature, the theme is characters who wear blue.I chose Selina Kyle AKA Catwoman in her 1969 to mid 1970s pirate look. And the 1970s looks of Lightning Lad and Light Lass from the Legion Of Super Heroes.
By some whim of magic or science (happened a lot in old DC stories all over) Catwoman finds herself in the 30th century Metropolis inside the Legion's headquarters!
