I agree. Her beauty makes the clothes look special, not the other way around. A beautiful woman is like sunlight---she illuminates everything around her, such that it becomes part of her beauty, but the beauty is interior moving toward exterior, just like starlight.

Old ad, from several years ago.
Actually, in the ad, it's a bunch of women saying, "Nice Pants", when this dude walks by. Of course, the inference is that they are actually referring to the dude in them, but, natch, he wouldn't look near as good in just regular jeans.
In any event, whenever I see a great pair of legs, regardless what they are confined within, I always reference Dockers. I've even said things like, "Gee, I didn't know Dockers was making skirts now.." and et cetera.
Long way to go to say you look good, even with clothing on, but there it is.
