Description This is for #color-me-club 's December coloring contest.
I never really colored/ draw fantasy themed creatures so when they announced the mythical creatures theme I was itching to have a go at coloring the linearts provided. (Because I don't do linearts and I suck at them)

I know it can be better but I gave up on refining it halfway through. I don't mind the sketchy feel though, I like keeping the sketchyness.

I really like the new background you made The whole thing looks very natural and you have used good colours for it. Looks like a painting ^^ Perhaps you should have made a bit more contrast between the gryphon and the background, look at his chest and front legs: it's almost the same colour as the bg and gets a bit lost. Otherwise, great work!

That's true. I've just noticed. Thanks for pointing that out. I probably did that so that it would blend better with the background but maybe I could have toned it down a little and added a little more contrast

This is really good! I like how the fuzzy look gives it a feel of them almost being surrounded by heat, as if they were going into a volcano, perhaps? The blend of colors and lighting adds to that effect, and it's really well done.
