So I was looking through my older account and I found quite a lot of Naruto fanart. Thought I'd redraw my favs of all time Neji~
I'm still horrible at hands, as per usual.
Kind of rushed because I wanted to submit it for the "draw it again" contest and I need to start on my Uni assignments :nearnoesplz:
