Saga and Sonic Team, you guys need to bring Maria as a Hedgehog. Don't make her to much like Amy's personality were she's always Obsessed with Sonic. Like more mature who has love for everyone include Sonic and friends. Keep the same Personality as her human form into hedgehog form. and do not make her weld guns either, it doesn't fit her style. Having her rivaling with Rouge could be interesting. I like the team magic for her with Rock black the unicorn (Leader) and Han the owl. I'd rather see the Shadow and Maria relationship more then, Rouge and Shadow. Her best friends could be Amy and Cream. So Saga and Sonic Team bring Maria back to Shadow and lets see there friendship come together, give them a second chance to see each other once more.

Yeah... that doesn't look good. I had a feeling you'd have already done Maria like this and it really doesn't fit your artistic style. The flowers have beautiful detail, and the background looks perfect but the rest of her is all.. flat and out of place. Her eyes are downright creepy and her.. hair looks weird.
You can do so much better than this.

is Maria the Hedgehog just a fanfiction adaptation of Shadow's Maria or does she actually become a hedgehog in the games/show? i tried to wiki it.. most information i found was that she died after saving shadow but thats it.. so i am left to assume this is just a creation of yours am i correct? i mean she looks awesome as a hedgehog, i was just confused cuz she looks so professionally done i actually wondered if maria was actually brought back to life as a hedgehog in the series.. n_n;;;;;;;

Hrm...I love ur work, but I noticed that no one ever seems to CRITICIZE it. All compliments. I love it, I really do, but I thought I should mention that the face is odd. Sry, I'm a critic, haha...The eyes are lopsided, like, the eyes don't fit the muzzle mouth part. they're sorta slanted, and go outside a bit. Really now, everything looks great, but the face is awkwardly done, and the ears strike me as odd. ^__^ Hmmmmmm...Think of the eyes this way, the outside (like, the side part of the eye socket) shouldn't go too far outside the mouth muzzle area.
...am I confusing you? Ah well. You'll probably understand what I'm talking about in a month or so when u look back and go, wow, I drew that thing? Sort of like what happens to me when I look at a drawing from a month ago.
...Still, I love the overall drawing and the coloring job. ^__^ I wish I could draw as well as you; I can only give comments to people...

Nice pic! Though, if her body was like, directly facing the camera, (lol) wouldnt her feet be also? I mean, do we normally sit like, feet going in one direction, then body facing a different direction?
anyway, Maria looks pwetty, makes me wana suicide...XDDD and also, her "muzzle" doesnt fit her eyes, and her right eye is slightly smaller than the other
