The hole is very importand indeed, DO NOT FORGET THE HOLE. In fact, the hole should be retrospectively added to every drawing of Ace.

thanks, this was very helpful just like how you hadn't thought about how you did this, I'd never thought of the fact that I couldn't really draw smoke and fire properly. So again, thank you.

Isn't the "smoke" coming off of Luffy actually steam? I mean...Gear 2 IS (oh here goes my crap translation) some form a doping mechanism (right?). Gear 2 is a state in which Luffy's body can pump blood faster than normal, which leads to his body kinda "overheating," which then leads to steam. /onepiecenerdmoment Wait, that means Luffy's pretty much a human steam engine...whoa.

^^ This helped with my drawing skills as I brush 'em up, and I got a good laugh with Ace there. Thanks.
