"Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel.
For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.

And an angel of the Lord suddenly stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them; and they were terribly frightened. And the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy which shall be for all the people; for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. "And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in cloths, and lying in a manger" ----- Isaiah 7:14 and 9:6; Luke 2:9-12

The Lord's birth is the most memorable event in the World History. The Old Testament scriptures fulfilled His birth before His era. The prophets; Micah , Jeremiah, and Isaiah had discussed about His existence. God promised the Israelites to send them a savior.

In the New Testament, the first few chapters of the 4 gospels talk about Jesus' birth. He was born on a manger and in Bethlehem, (David's hometown), as predicted. This child, however, grew up to be the one who teaches, heals the sick, saves us from our sins through the cross and returns to life for the Kingdom.

The Lord made His most relevant life from the manger through the cross. In fact, It is His love for us that we should worship Him. Let's celebrate the real Christmas, for Jesus is the main celebrant.
