Description

Thought I would start adding some story to some of my drawings for fun. ^_^

Anya had been wandering the castle, lost in her thoughts, when she took a wrong turn and ended up at Revali's door. She didn't realize whose room it was until it was too late. When she pushed the door open and stepped inside, she was met with an unexpected sight.

Revali was in the midst of dressing, his tunic half-on, revealing his chest and the beginnings of his wings. Anya felt her cheeks flush with embarrassment. She quickly averted her eyes, stammering an apology. "I-I'm so sorry, Revali. I didn't mean to intrude. I got turned around in the hallway."

Revali, who had been caught off guard, blinked and stumbled at first quickly regaining his composure and finished dressing. He adjusted his shoulder plates and gave her a slightly irritated look, though there was a hint of amusement in his eyes. "You could at least knock before barging into someone's room," he chided, his tone a mixture of annoyance and something else she couldn't quite place.

Anya couldn't look directly at him but could still feel his presence in the room. She fidgeted with the belt on her armor, her embarrassment deepening. "I'm really sorry, Revali. It was an accident."

He sighed, seeming to relent a little. "F-fine. Just...be more careful next time." Revali turned from her, pretending to busy himself with his braids.

Anya nodded, still not daring to look at him. "I will. I promise."

The room was filled with an awkward silence as they both tried to regain their composure.

Finally, Revali broke the silence. "Is there something you needed, or did you just come here to make a fool of yourself?"

Anya cleared her throat, finally looking up at him, her cheeks still tinged with pink. "No, I didn't need anything in particular. I was just lost in thought, and I walked into the wrong place." Revali rolled his eyes, but there was a hint of a smile on his lips. "Well, next time you find yourself lost in thought, try not to end up in someone's room. It's not exactly becoming of someone who is trying as hard as you are to fit in."

Anya managed a small smile in return, feeling a bit more at ease. "yeah. Sorry again, Revali."

He waved her off with a dismissive gesture. "Just go already, before you find yourself in any more embarrassing situations."
