I recently bought some white gouache for highlights/adding back missed whites etc.. 

This isn't all gouache though, is it? Was it just white?
But you handled it very well! I think it looks splendid. Very professional and very YOU! ♥

Yes it was just white, though in places I mixed in a little bit of blue watercolor to create a variation in leaves and bark. That's one really cool thing about white gouache, you can make all the colors you need just by adding watercolor to it .

I was playing around with my tube of white gouache yesterday. And it is pretty great! It's exactly what i needed and yes it mixes well with watercolours and helps tint it. You can wash it down as well if you want it to be less opaque. I really have to be careful i dont over use it though. It's the white gel pen all over again (using it everywhere lol)

One day I'll just know what the hell I'm doing haha.
