Yes. Sadly, Geppetto passed away sometime before she was built. Also, Pinocchio does get a love interest later on in the story.

My story is more of a slice of life series where Pinocchio wants to prove he can be a good parent and finds true love. While his daughter has to learn how to be real and wants to make dad proud.
