Description
This is my depiction of MechaGodzilla in the Monsterverse. It's essentially a living battleship created by humans with the help of a new advance alien tech that's built on top of the bones of a particularly large individual from the Godzilla species as its base foundation after discovering it to be surprisingly tough despite its age.Related content

question, can you draw Cloverfield in the Monsterverse? Since you already drawn Godzilla, Gamera, Ultraman, etc..., it wouldn't be fair for her (yes, i refer Clover as a she) to be left out.Ā

She is just a baby in the first film, but if you've seen the last one, Cloverfield Paradox, she is as big and as tall as the sky is high. WAAAAY too big. Any kaijus would be just rodents to her. I'd add her, but she would outmatch every being there is.

don't forget that this is the Monsterverse, a different universe that seem to rely on a mixture of science fact and science fiction, so the adult Clover would tower all the Titans in the Monsterverse but she wouldn't reach the height of Mount Everest. Maybe another 50 meters or so should be appropriate height for her.Ā
Plus i did my idea of what Clover would look like in the Monsterverse...

Even though it's very unlikely we'll ever see Mechagodzilla in the MonsterVerse (Which I'm perfectly fine with. I actually like the more "grounded" approach the MonsterVerse is taking), I do really like this design you came up with! I really like how you designed his dorsal fins! I especially like how you took inspiration from MechaG's incarnation from Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla, not only from the design, but also having him built around the skeleton of a preexisting Godzilla. Nice little homage there!

The only way I could imagine MechaGodzilla being in the Legendary Universe is if he was some sorta Superweapon built by some shady Government Organization

Well, you never know. There hasn't been any official confirmation by Legendary that Godzilla vs. Kong is the last film in the MonsterVerse. Just because Godzilla vs. Kong is the "last" movie that's part of Legendary and Toho's current deal, doesn't mean they won't consider renewing said deal. Hell, with Toho's developing their own Godzilla Cinematic Universe, I don't see why they wouldn't want to renew their deal with Legendary just to get more bank from Godzilla overseas!

This design reminds me of the original MechaGodzilla from the 70s Showa era. Its so badass, it should be in the Monsterverse!

Your MechaGodzilla really pops out at the first glance. I love lighting and shadows. It also seems logical that some gigantic thing can move and fight other monsters. Keep p the good work!Ā
