Description
This is the Curator, they are an entity created from the combination of soul fragments from abandoned and unused AUs that formed a mass of blob overtime which turned sentient becoming the first being within the Rim. They can create AUs from left over soul fragments of unused and abandoned AUs floating in the Rim. Eventually, their involvement within the world they were currently creating got them in a sticky situation, becoming Frisk's guardian and having to fight off an outside INFLUENCE.
