Description
i had one hellava time to figure how i was gonna pull this idea off. i know what ur thinking....it reminds u a lot of the j scott campbell idea of power girl trying to fit into supergirls costume. this was not my idea mind u...and i almost didnt accept it. but hey, who am i to deny one his fantasy idea.when ever u have two figures side by side, u have a good change of it growing stagnant and uni
form because the figures are too similar in size...but it allows for more of a pin up look which often works....but in this case we had more of a story telling element so i didnt want to go down that pin up road. i think cat looks like she has weight to her leaning a lil to the side pulling her in.
power girls face is in my top 4 faces ive ever done in marker. i was very happy with it and her expression. i often rush faces cause i hate drawing them. i took more time on both of these and im glad i did....i rendered the cat suit a lil diff... i didnt really go with the curves of her body and tried just going straight up and down giving her more a chrome pillar kinda look.... its fun to try new things.
i drew cat's jubblies really small and damn did that make her waist and hips look huge....she was proportionate before i shrank them.
something something....GO ASS!

Is it just me or does Power Girl (from shoulders up) look alot like Billie Piper/Rose Tyler from "Doctor Who"?

Very well done. The faces are very expressive, really well drawn, and including the cape nearby was a creative way to help tell the story.

I like that you went for something a little different. The faces are really expressive and variety in body types is never a bad thing. Takes a much more realistic approach since not all bodies are universally the same but they can all be beautiful

This is awesome Eric! The rendering on the latex around the rips (hell everywhere) is amazing and her face is really stunning! Love it!

what outliner do you use? I have used the copics before with PITT pens and find that it will smear those. Great pics as always and I agree, power girls face is awesome
