Hi, all. For you fine folks who say that a football is an oreo-flavored melon, that temperature is 10oC, which is far below the habitable range for a reptile. Just a little reminder that ectotherms have feelings too, even if their bodies can’t produce heat. Warm a poor guy up with a hug today. Or if you’re not the sappy sort (or maybe a tad worried about getting bitten), then consider giving an electric blanket. In hazardous temperatures like this, even a lizard with a hat may have trouble staying warm .
