A quick doodled I inked of my deer, Ace.

Ace is a young fallow deer I work with at my job. He's almost three weeks old now, and has been bottle feeding since he was a few days. He's adorable, and a real sweetheart. He doesn't even whine much when I have him at home- He's content to just eat a bit and play with me, then sleep for hours <3

Ace's personality is really starting to shine through now that he's aging. He prances around and kicks and plays as if he were the most impressive stag around. Of course, despite his displays he always comes back to me or Jess(my boss and the other girl that cares for him) to give us kisses. He's very vocal about it too, and I love it.

Fallow deer are common in europe, and he'll be keeping his spots his whole life, so he's beautiful. Fallow deer are a little shorter than the common whitetail here in New England, but they usually are bigger in build. I'm hoping my Ace will be a great stag, since I love the racks Fallow deer grow. He's already got these swirls of hair that point up where his antlers will grow!

Anyway. I really love the boy, if you can't tell. He's really been one of the biggest highlights of my job.

The great thing is that deer only have bottom teeth, so his little nibble-kisses don't hurt, even now as the teeth are growing in more.

Just a fun, quick doodle! I wasn't sure if I could draw a deer but I caught him alright I think.
