Nicolai stretched and laid down in the grass. The sun was setting and the herd was...well eating as always. The night shift was Nico's favorite for all sorts of interesting things came out at night, especially the stars which he loved ever so much. He was brought back from his thoughts when something brushed his side. His gaze drifted over as one of the calves of his herd made its bed, laying down and cuddling into his side. Nico laughed softly and licked the calf's head as it laid down to sleep, turning his head to look out over the horizon.
