Duuude. This piece really speaks to me. I can most definitely relate to everything here. Especially at my previous job. Nobody there showed any signs of kidness or appriciation, just total dictatorship, fear, and intimidation. Overall, I felt that this is what they were trying to convey, what they were trying to tell me. Simply because I have less experience, I'm an inferior being, I'm useless, never correct, etc. I only lasted there for 3 months when I finally quit that hell house.
You've done excellent on this image. It shows just how fragile we can be when pushed through so much torment.
