I'm sure the boys in this school would behave. Even if they didn't want to, there are some VERY harsh laws in this town. Let's just say they wouldn't be wasting space in a jail cell.

Around here, murderers and rapists get the death penalty, and we don't give them free food and a place to live for 20 ****ing years before killing them.

Of course, a lot of work goes into the investigations to make sure we get the right person. It's not like real life where you can get someone locked up forever just because you regret screwing them.
