I was up on the second floor deck on my laptop when I was just about to go inside. As I looked out and to the right a little, I noticed a large group of people gathered in a single place. I went down to investigate and after awhile the fisherman reeled it in. This was the biggest shark I've seen being caught down at the beach I go to (where normally they are just babies).I am unsure what shark this is, it might be a dusky shark but if anyone can tell with this picture, it would be much appreciated!

I don't believe the person returned the shark, when I asked the guy claimed that he was going to eat it.
