The Pandabat is a large species of flightless bat that lives on Frijol isle. At 20cm long it is the largest of the flightless bats. They are herbivorous, but are incredibly inefficient as they did not adapt proper herbivorous traits. They spend most there lives eating and resting due to a very slow metabolism. Most of them will graze on one tree for a couple of days, saving energy for a climb to another tree. They are like gibbons in the way they will travel from tree to tree, and there lower legs are very small in order not to force any more energy to using them. The way they eat is slowly stripping off the leaves from a branch while hanging from that or another branch. They where one of the first flightless bats to evolve, and are one of the most common on Frijol Isle. They are related to a now extinct species of ground bats that had just evolved before other creatures arrived on Frijol. They come out at night to eat and sleep during the day.
