Some info:

Scuttlebutt is a liar and a jerk. He goes around spreading rumors that aren't true about my other characters for his own enjoyment. His main food source is secrets, with a little gossip on the side.
His tail is sentient and thinks its own thoughts, and usually speaks in a hushed voice.

Scuttlebutt's body is spliced in half, and the two parts are joined by electricity and plasma. The disc in between his two halves is actually a type of portal that only he is able to use. It allows him to teleport a few feet at a time, and it allows both of his body halves to exist on different planes at the same time. He's not exactly sure how that works, but neither am I.

(Also, does anybody want to RP with me? I want to further develop Scuttle's character through some roleplay. Note me if you're interested!! [: )
