Now this is something one does not see every day. Not usually fond of caprine anthros, but the whole scene here is nothing short of enchanting, with the combination of the bubble helmet and skinsuit, CGA-ish gas giant and the cute little blaster. Well done.

Computer Graphics Array, I believe. It is an old PC graphics format, the simplest you can have that is not monochrome without gradients, but some really fantastic art has been made in it still.
