Background Story:
Sarah is an only child and comes from a very religious Christian family. Her parents make a modest living and were able to provide her with a very comfortable life. She was taught to love God from the very beginning and grew up embracing the wonders of the world's Lord and Saviour, maybe a little too much. As a little girl she was somewhat well known at school, hanging around the more popular kids but never really being one of them. She was officially shunned from the group when she entered high school because she had been gaining weight. She didn't take getting the boot well and sulked for months before she became acquaintances with a few other people, but was never truly friends with them.

She spent most of her time ghosting in the shadows of Casper High and running to the nearest teacher the moment she saw someone doing something they shouldn't, if she didn't confront them herself that is. Many of the students didn't like her as she frequently called them out for not finishing an assignment, cheating, talking or passing notes. The few 'friends' she had were hardly any better and constantly cheered her on. She was a hot topic in the worst of ways and it wasn't a secret that several kids wished she'd just disappear. Unluckily for Sarah one of these wishes was granted. A few days before she disappeared Sarah saw two ghosts (Danny and Desiree) flying after one another in the sky. It didn't take long before she went around telling people that their judgement was coming, and that the demon's in the sky were going to come for them and make them pay for their sins. The other students kept telling her to take her crazy somewhere else and just ignored her shouts completely. Furious, Sarah stormed off and went to sit in an empty classroom, where she soon blacked out. When she woke, much to her horror, she had turned into a shadowy, black, thing and could never figure out why it happened or how she could fix it. She was positive she had never done anything to deserve judgement such as this.

Her family does not believe in communication with the dead and therefore they do not believe in ghosts. Unable to go home and being completely unrecognisable to anyone Sarah was forced to learn to survive on her own. Her fear, anger and judgemental attitude turned her into something truly nasty and she began to carry out "God's will" to save herself in hopes of returning back to normal.

But yes, Sarah is one of those few IN YOUR FACE Christians who thinks everything is God and nothing else is acceptable. She's super passionate when it comes to her religion. Just... a little bit too much. Can't completely blame her, it's how she was raised.

... Btw, if anyone can came up with something better than the name "shatter" for her ability to blow (little) things up let me know. o3o
