This is a mixed media project. It uses colored pencil, water color, and some acrylic paints. For the back wash i used table salt on top the water color wash to achieve the look i wanted. I have one of these as a pet, actually. My mother named my pet charizard. This is a painting of my pet named charizard. Deal with it.
