Her official setting is "the Meiko who came into the music trend in the age of 16" (i.e., she is not a younger Meiko variation but Meiko when she was young) and Nanameue-P is "the producer who rediscovered Meiko in her youth".
So she's really MEIKO when she was young. Perhaps somehow she decided to drop her surname? Lol.
