Can any of you tell me how does this helmet-mouse-cat-dog-thing is called?

i love danger days and MCR and i dont think anyone really knows but maybe its called MouseKat because MCR made a cartoon called that with a cartoon character that looked like the helmet. and seriously this is the BEST one o this helmet drawing ive seen so far, FINALLY someone did it right

I dont know what its called but if you look at gee's drawings for vol 2 of the umbrella academy someone in that has a mikey mouse helmet on and this might have been based on that, i dont know...
