I wish someone would make replacement bombs for the G1 Skyquake / Stalker figures and all the Machine Wars and Universe redecos made from them
Not enough came with King Atlas and I would really like to further arm my MW Soundwave and Starscream as well

Yeah, Scattorshot's awesome.
Amusing thing? I was taking a break from Transformers around the time RID was in stores, so I never owned X-Brawn. Never owned Prowl or Sideburn either, so the repaints and remolds of them (Universe1 Ratchet, BotCon Sunstreaker, BotCon Roulette and Shadow Striker) were something of a godsend. And then my Sunstreaker had mismatched missile launchers and I ended up buying a Wal-Mart Prowl and...and now I'm rambling...

a break? from transformers??!! I tried that once.....it didn't go over very well....and rambling is fun!!! i ramble all the time!!! when transformers cybertron came out I had no idea that they had figures so now four years later i finally am collecting them....it isn't easy...

It was short. The toy designs for BM kinda turned me off, and I was focused on Gundam at the time. I still watched the TV shows, however, so it wasn't a complete break.
Best of luck with getting more guys for Cybertron. I'm fortunate enough that I was able to net most of them when they were first released - the only ones I didn't buy were the ones I didn't want, like Megatron (waited for Galvatron) and the various GT and Galaxy Force repaints. Didn't see the point in buying old guys with new paint jobs.

That's definitely a good start. You may want to check your local Wal-Marts, Dollar Stores and Toys R Us stores. Wal-Mart put out a few Cybertron figures in Universe packaging over Christmas (Backstop, Undermine, and Brakedown), while the Dollar Store/Dollar General has had guys like that out for ages. TRU, meanwhile, has a three-pack available with Scattorshot, Repugnus, and the GTS repaint of Ransack. They may not be there, but it's worth a shot, yes?

Yeah, they had some pretty good molds going for that, and then they decided to dumb down for Armada for some reason. I also don't think I would mind the overly complex toys, seeing as none of my current TFs have an extremely complicated design, in my opinion.

Hmmm, true. I have to admit that some of the Cybertron toys, particularly Red Alert, are simply brilliant. And you could hardly tell that Thundercracker's a transformer, certainly not from above when he's in vehicle mode.

It wasn't so much dumbing down as going in a different design direction. They wanted to get away from the ball joints and kibble that many Beast Era figures had, so they went with a different design plan.
And while Armada's toys stunk for the most part, the same design team got better over time, as Energon and Cybertron attest.

The toy came from the Universe line; he's a repaint of the X-Brawn figure used for Robots in Disguise. I skipped that line, only picking up the odd mold here and there, but they had okay toys.
Overly complex toys, but okay nonetheless.
And yes, he is kinda awesome.
