Info: BlackArrow, a heartless killing machine created to beat EchoArcher. Arrow was known as Project Arrow; a secret project made by the Director of Company K. When BlackArrow first came into the world, he was given harsh and brutal training like the agents in the company. However, since BlackArrow is a rare specimen, he gets several better treatments than the agents. After training for five years, BlackArrow goes on his first mission which is to assist Taro and Dingo in the search for EchoArcher and the assassination of Lidashiam and Gale. BlackArrow's first fight with EchoArcher was almost a stalemate. EchoArcher won their first fight due to her experience in combat. When BlackArrow came back with Taro and Dingo, he immediately went to the scientists room to train harder; to become stronger then Echo. Then a war broke out between Company K and Echo's friends. Near the end of the war, BlackArrow started to realize that the war was meaningless and that he was doing the wrong thing. He tried to assassinate the Director but the interference of EchoArcher and her friends let the Director get away. After a few days, the war ended by the death of the company and the director. BlackArrow was forgiven for his actions and was accepted by Echo in to becoming her twin brother. Therefore, he stayed by Echo's side in learning the ways of kindness and compassion.
