base used: www.furaffinity.net/view/25861…based on the Steel Tera Mew I received as a part of the buildup to the Mewtwo Raid event. wanted to make a Pokemon OC of a Mythical Pokemon to remind me of this special event.
I've also been inspired by cool Pokemon artist Zander-The-Artist to make my own Mew OC. just making this is to show my support
