main info: having a bad reputation for ambushing on travelers who wonder into their cave homes, Puffball Driders can be quite formidable in the dark. they like to makes nests in abandoned mines and dark caves. any adventurer who wanders into their cave - even by accident - are never seen again. being bitten by a Drider is not venomous at all, but the venom (in a classic green color) instead make you fall asleep like being hit with a dose of chloroform. they can also spit out globs of actual harmful venom as a means of self-defense. like many spiders, Puffball Driders make a silky webbing from their abdomen. Puffball Drider silk is durable enough to make strong rope and other useful things that can be made with regular spider silk. the Puffball Driders are ruled by their Queen Empress, along with her daughter Princess. the Puffball Drider's transformation orb is located in Empress's Scythe Scepter, which the blade is made of a monster spider's blade-like legs.

because they have six legs, the Driders sometimes use their hands as their feet in a hunting pose (crouched down). so if you're so petty about it, you can add the eight legs.
