Prehistory:

Max was born in Detroit. His father Keith worked as a lawyer trying his best to get his family out of that city and move to Canada one day. Natalie worked as a geography teacher in a local school after she moved to America from Ireland. 8 years they worked in Detroit and raised their only child Max when it seemed that soon they can succeed and Keith will be relocated in Toronto. But sadly a tragedy happens and Natalie receives a report from the police, that her husband was murdered. The perpetrators had not been found even though it was clear; one of his last solved cases affected this fateful day.

Natalie remainingly works in Detroit until Max graduated from high school. That was the time when he starts to think of his own career already but the future in Detroit doesn't seem to be bright at all. Natalie was affected by the death of her husband for many years but eventually, at that time she meets a man and accepts him with her heart. Max had not easy times accepting Connor into their family, he went distant and showed clearly that he didn't like these changes. But that didn't stop anything. So, Natalie soon achieved a good offer to move out of Detroit to Los Angeles with Connor, where he worked in the police department. Still being affected, Max agrees after a while, almost reluctantly following his mother.

Their house was sold for not a humongous amount of money, they moved in one of LS's suburbs where Connor's house was located.
Sudden changes of circumstances and society didn't burden Max for a long time because he explored new places often, occupying himself with studies and later with a new and dangerous hobby- racing.
The last thing ruins his studying progress quickly and the already cold relationship with Connor and even Natalie.
Max's leaving the house and wandered around the state for awhile, trying to earn money which would cover the rent. Soon he got into trouble within his racing team, as the car who had relatives in the police and who even used that in own interests. Instantly he was getting banished from the team and the way he could race was only to race on his own now, which brought much less money to Max. He searches for any work to not get back to Connor's house and he finds it at the tuning's store where he at least works for a few months...

One of those days, Max got a mayday signal from his institute friend Tany. He decides to help her not knowing how seriously they will be involved in it. They are getting into the biggest hidden Lemon Organization, where Max falls in love with Tany. Throughout the long rough time of torture and being trapped. Their love became stronger by the time they stood through everything together and taught them both many things. But sadly this place did not just create their love but also took it away. Max was getting into the grasp of the Hugo Leader, Victor Hugo, not long after and lost his memories as one of Victors attempts to fully solve his own narcissistic interests very easily. after the huge stress, Victor caused for him. Max rejects Tany and like that rejects his love completely to stay with the Hugos and work almost blinded for them.

His memory and senses, however, returns to him no matter how Victor tried to hinder it on his own. Max's grand realization, came when it was way too late. Tany left him behind to start a new life.
Max follows his group continuously with his own, unguided mind, pleasing Victor immensely and even reaching higher authority. He's getting great bounds with Alex Hugo who became like a brother to Max, Max in return to Alex, causing tension to Ivan but gifting Alex with the awareness of pure Brotherhood.
Time goes on, involving Max in more work and responsibilities but also more crimes throughout his whole time with the Hugos and a short switch to the Gremlins, who he very soon left again for the Hugos again, insulting Miles help with Victors. Torture and even an attack to the own kind, the Trunkovs, which kicked the Hugos off the Oil-rig back to Victors Private Villa in Sochi, happened with Max's involvement and assistance. Max develops himself eagerly in that group but the past and his links to these crimes and wrongdoings keep lingering him harder and harder, until one day he decides that he needs to change his life. He visited his Mother with very short and strict holidays which Victor reluctantly granted Max in hard times for the Hugos.

Shortly after his return, he quits the group refusing authority and money. Victor accepted very oddly and sudden after a long discussion. Like that Max returns back to America, to Natalie and Connor's house. His mother accepts him back and is happy for his decision except now Max feeling as if he got out of life's track completely. Maybe that decision wasn't the full or right solution... present reached.
