I've searched "unown" on google and found an article about unown. After some sprites, they had a link to pictures and some of them must've been sprites for pokemon crystal (fun animations).

It seems like there's something white behind the tip when it moved (or it was supposed like that)
But If I were you I'll make a gap between the-moving-eye part and the wagging-tip part.
