Great work ! Really an awesome remake of an awesome gen. And the water effects are also really cool.
Btw, hasn't anyone noticed that in Primal form, Kyogre's flesh is now see-through, like transparent and it's glowing innards can be seen ?

It's somewhat transparent. I don't think it's blue skin though.

I made lines,color and shading for May and put them in a folder.
I put the May folder on top of my latios folder;making it simple for me to move her around without bothering Latios.
Same thing for Kyogre and it's folder.
I've been using this method,ever since I made "Shiny Charm Summer".
